There was no school yesterday- so today is my Monday!!!

Tues: Sweet & Savory Brisket
Wed: Chicken Fettucini Alfredo
Thurs: Cheeseburger Roll-ups
Fri: baked fish
Sat: Sticky Chicken
Sun: Enchilada Casserole

Ok, I have seen that grape jelly/ketchup recipe for meatballs, but never for brisket! I can't wait to try that!
My family is a huge fan of the sticky chicken too, so yay - you just gave me two ideas for next week! WOOHOO!
