Crock-pot Chicken Marsala Recipe

2 cloves garlic
1 T. vegetable oil
8 boneless chicken breast
1/2 t. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup corn starch

Spray slower cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, place garlic and oil. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, place in cooker over garlic. Place mushrooms over chicken, pour broth over all.

Cover and cook on low setting 5 to 6 hours.

Remove chicken from cooker. In a small bowl mix water and cornstarch until smooth; stir into liquid in cooker. Increase heat o high; cover and cook about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.

To serve, spoon mushroom mixture over chicken breast.

That recipe looks awesome -- we love Chicken Marsala and one in the crockpot is even better!
